A Disappointing Shopping Experience Can Be Had at the Brower Online Store

I recently experimented with purchasing at the Brower online store after being enticed by their assurances that they are constantly innovating and putting their customers' needs first. On the other hand, my experience was not even close to being satisfactory. Their website was difficult to navigate, and as a result, I had a difficult time locating the item that I was searching for. When I eventually got my order, I was dismayed to discover that the product was of poor quality and did not function in the manner in which it had been advertised. Because Brower's products don't live up to the hype, it is abundantly obvious that the company's commitment to innovation is nothing more than a marketing gimmick. When I attempted to return the defective merchandise, their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating. In spite of their assertions to the contrary, it is abundantly clear that Brower does not actually care about the contentment of their clients. In general, I would advise you to avoid making any purchases at the Brower internet store. Their claims of being innovative and concerned with their customers' needs are not backed up by their products or their customer service, which are both lacking. Avoid the hassle and go shopping somewhere else instead.

Pros
  • Service to the consumer that is responsive
Cons
  • Poor care to customers
