Review on Westar EM 2827 Engine Mount by Gary Duncan

Bought this mount to replace my crumbling "frown" anchor which didn't even last 2 years. I don't do many miles in my car (40,000 in the 9.5 years I've owned it) so I expect to live on something like an engine mount for a few years. The anchor I replaced was the second one I bought that didn't fit right out of the box - the frame's bolt holes were too far apart, forcing me to modify the mount just to fit . Such a pain! This mount has solid rubber construction (no scowl) and works great. I started the car immediately after installing it and it was a day/night difference - there was no more vibration in the dashboard or steering wheel and you can barely hear or feel the engine idling. It's like a brand new car. I would definitely recommend this mount, especially at this price point.
