This modem has been installed on the Time Warner Road Runner network in central North Carolina for a few weeks now. NO PROBLEM, works as it should. I keep getting 30Mbps and 5Mbps that I bought for the service. When I bought this modem I was looking for a bridge modem with no built in features, I have an existing network and didn't want to make any changes to it (if it works don't fix it); This device meets all requirements. It has very few features, a simple configuration web page that lets you do little more than view device status (frequencies, channel usage and assignments, etc.); It offers basic DHCP and NAT (private IP addressing for your computer) if you wish, but also works in IP passthrough mode if you already have a router and want to avoid double NAT problems. Overall this is a good DOCSIS 3.0 modem, they are simple and reliable devices and most of the problems people have with them are ISP related. I would recommend this to a friend who needs a basic no frills modem with no monthly rental from a cable company.
