The install didn't go as bad as I feared but I took my time with it (just over 2 hours). I used a ratchet and one of the included screws to drill holes in my 2018 F150. Includes two extra screws. If you read other reviews you will see that some people have had bad experiences and ended up getting stuck in the bed of their truck with broken bolts. I moved very carefully, smearing the screws with petroleum jelly, screwing them in by hand with a ratchet, usually I had to step back once or twice on each screw if the resistance seemed too much, but in the end I screwed in all the screws and none of them broke. The biggest challenge was sitting cross-legged on the back of a truck for 2 hours (I'm not a yogi :-). Also, I have a fitted sheet that got in the way in several places; I didn't feel like pulling it out so I just used my knife to shorten the duvet cover a bit as you can see in the picture. Overall I am very satisfied with the installed product.
