Review on Sonnet Technologies Thunderbolt 10GBASE T SOLO10G TB3 by Floe Rankin

Fantastic performance and works very well. It gets hot like any other 10G Ethernet network adapter, so be careful not to burn your hands, but at least it comes with a nice long and flexible Thunderbolt cable. I wanted one with a built in cable and it looks pretty good since the cable is detachable. but there are a few screws to loosen. So it's safe there, you don't have to worry about the adapter side being a point of failure. Installation is pretty easy, just install the Aquantia drivers. The only problem is that I can't connect to CS:GO matchmaking with this adapter on my gaming laptop. I had the same problem on my desktop with an Aquantia card. I was able to fix it on my desktop so I'll find out. Luckily this is the only problem I have and I don't think it's the product's fault as there is no problem with anything else. The price is a bit higher than I would like, but it works pretty well on both my MacBook Pro and Windows. laptops.
