Review on ☕ Updated 2019 Rancilio Silvia Espresso Machine: Stainless Steel, Iron Frame, 11.4 by 13.4-Inch by Cashout Harden

Bought model without PID. Not necessary. With this coffee machine, I consistently brew delicious espresso. The steam wand is very strong, but having a hole instead of 3 or 4 is a bit impractical. The rocker switches feel very comfortable and the high quality components remind me of working with LM Linea when I was a barista for several years. For a kettle, this is the best machine I've ever used at this level. The only downside is the design of the boiler. You need to make sure it's full on cold boot so you don't burn the internal components. kind of ridiculous, but at worst a minor inconvenience for a time-honoured classic like this.
