This product's control panel is confusing. After the water boils, the entire panel remains illuminated. Should I switch off the kettle manually? Does it turn off automatically? Who the hell can tell. It's nice to have a keep-warm function, but the indicator light is so dim you'll need a microscope to see if it's activated. Then the case is in the lid. You have to press the open button to close it. Why was that a good design idea? And why is the limescale filter right next to the tap when filling the kettle? Why is the kettle suddenly making random beeps long after the water has run out? What am I warned about? No more confusion about what such a mindless product should be. Gemini, why don't you want to make an intuitive product? I'm going crazy.
