I ordered this product to replace my old carpet of the same type from the same manufacturer that has given me faithful service for many years. What I received was NOT what I ordered. The rug I received was not rolled or shrink wrapped like all new Chessex rugs. This was folded and packed in a small box. The carpet has deep creases that cannot be smoothed out and have damaged the surface of the carpet. Quality control is disgusting! The right side of the rug is perfectly cut, straight with rounded edges. The left side of the mat (as you will see in the photos) is terribly uneven. The cut almost touches the mesh, the edges aren't as rounded as they should be, and there's some fraying around those edges. There are also two big spots that shouldn't be there and won't go away. I've been a regular Chessex customer for years and this seems to be Revain's fault as it was 'shipped and sold' by Revain. So Revain sent me a product that is basically a "brand new" or "scratch and dent" product at FULL PRICE, but is being sold and sold as new. This is terribly bad customer service and I am asking for a replacement. I'll update when I get it somewhere.
