I cannot delete links without taking the watch to a jeweler.
This watch looked very nice and the dial was very legible, but my mother has a small wrist. I had to take out 2-3 links to make it fit. I contacted customer service and was told I would need to take it to a professional jeweler to have the bracelet resized. Due to my mother's advanced age and the risks associated with COVID, I have decided to return the watch.
