I don't taste like mint, the packaging smells funny when I open it

I'm a bit of a dental floss connoisseur. At the top is an old version of Placker's Micromint. There is a trademark of the same design and finally there are hard polymers which are utter rubbish. They are somewhere in between. They really have no taste. The packaging says "mint flavored" but I can't smell mint anywhere inside or on the packaging (I have 4). The packages have a very strong solvent/industrial odor, but this dissipates after prolonged opening. They chew quite well, but don't have a minty flavor. The position of the floss is so-so. I've always preferred single strands, but that's personal preference.

  • Planet Friendly Thread. Our non-toxic vegan filament is made from cornstarch, which is better for the soil than standard filament; Supplied in 100% recyclable paper packaging, 50 per pack, 200 sticks total.
