Probably 25 years ago I bought my dear lover a pair of needle nose pliers which he loved. They were just the right size. They worked. They made him happy when he needed needle nose pliers. When they disappeared about a month ago, he went berserk, accusing everyone of taking his favorite pair of tongs. The ones in his pliers box were just too big! Too far! Much too long! While he scolded our sons for losing their tongs, I measured the tongs that were too big and then ordered these. After 2 days I gave him the box and demanded to open it and he was delighted. These pliers are easy to use with one hand, are small enough to hold a small nail in place when you need to start hammering, and work well for things like pulling staples or nails. They appear to be quite heavy and durable. And whoever lost the original green pincers is (probably) forgiven.
