Best VoIP call center solution out there with awesome Customer Support

It is easy enought system as long you have basic knowledge about programming or scripting language (such us Python). The support team of this software makes it even better! I really do not see any downsides at all - everything works fine so far without problems reported by anyone else who used our product before me :) We are talking now just few months after we started using Voice i'd but overall experience has been great one since from first contact through implementation process till final delivery was flawless. The ease of use was excellent! It took me about 10 minutes to get up and running. I have not been able to find anything I dislike so far. We are using it for an app we're building and having our customer service team answer calls from users via this platform instead of through email or chat has made things easier for us by leaps and bounds.

  • Easy setup
  • Relatively low cost
  • Good documentation/support community available online, which can be accessed easily with some google searches.
  • Great quality audio recordings when setting call forwarding rules in settings page; no need more than 2 3 seconds delay like other PBX's offer during transfer
