Review on 🍳 MICHELANGELO Copper Pots and Pans Set: Nonstick Cookware 12-Piece for Induction Cooking - Hammered Design with Fry Pans, Stock Pans, and Lids by Angel Packer

Nice addition if you want to use copper

I am very fond of copper and have an antique copper teapot which I have been looking for all over southern England and also a copper cap for my stove. So I liked the idea of having this set of copper pots that would run on induction burners. I'm a bit disappointed though as these are actually aluminum pans and not copper plated stainless steel like my old Revere cookware. The word "alum" is mentioned in passing in the title description, but since the sieve is listed as stainless steel and the pot base is of course not made of aluminum either, very light aluminum pots are somewhat undesirable. Surprise. I believe the modest price given the quantity should have been a gift. Michelangelo has always been a popular German homewares brand, but now that it's made in China, perhaps the standards aren't as high. That's very bad, because thank God Germany is still a manufacturing country. It is a pity that this brand is not produced there and its standards are not always observed. It's a nice set though, with lots of size options and the ability to run with an induction torch.
