I can safely say that this is the best ball bag I have ever bought. Although the beautifully designed box says "Invincible Fitness" I can assure you that the first time I sat on one of my new balls I didn't feel invincible. The big black ball penetrated deep into my hamstring, releasing tension that I couldn't achieve with regular stretching. The green spiked ball of death is good for rolling your legs and getting in between those pesky bones. The red spiked ball is slightly less intense than the green ball and is good for facilitating a good quadriceps massage. .As in every good bag, there is also a blue ball here. Well-rounded, this blue ball provides a deep full-body massage, from calves to quads and shoulders. Finally, the stress ball in the color of the American flag is great for relieving stress during a massage. This little guy can help take your mind off all those other painful parts of your body while you massage them. Not to mention that you'll be strengthening your arms and forearms during this time. Overall 5 out of 5 and I would recommend this massage ball bag to anyone.
