Been let down by ADC Online Store

As a devoted customer of the ADC online shop, I must admit that my most recent interactions have left me unimpressed. Although their website offers a wide range of industrial and medical supplies, I have found that the standard of their offerings has been subpar. Faulty technology and unreliable diagnostic tools have caused me problems, which has caused delays in my work and annoyance for my patients. ADC's customer support has also fallen short of expectations. I've had trouble getting in contact with their team, and I haven't gotten prompt or beneficial answers to my questions. It is disappointing that they clearly place a higher priority on sales than on client satisfaction. Additionally, there has been some variability in the shipping times, with some orders coming much later than anticipated. This has further hampered my job and caused me to miss crucial deadlines. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone in need of high-quality industrial or medical supplies to shop at ADC's web store. Despite having a wide range of products, their customer service and equipment quality have been subpar, which has had a negative effect on my work and my patients.
