Helps with arthritis pain and inflammation
This cream does provide pain relief for my arthritic hands, which is a blessing. The instructions say to use 2-3x daily for 14 days, then as needed. The smell is strong, so I'm not comfortable using it if there's the chance I may leave the house. I use it mostly just at bedtime, so perhaps it would be even more effective if I were able to use it more.
