I was so excited about this little knife and from the reviews it seemed like a great knife. It was an amazing experience for the first 100 or so oysters to separate easily by sliding, effectively separating the flesh from the shell. The feel in hand was unmatched. I folded quickly and felt like a professional binder. He then suffered a catastrophic extraction failure on the next batch, which broke the $20 purifier in two. You can imagine how disappointed I was when my fucking day was over. I liked this knife but I would be seriously concerned about its durability.
