Review on 🔪 Utopia Kitchen 7 Inches Cleaver Knife Chopper: Premium Stainless Steel for Home and Restaurant by Jim Ledbetter

I understand the reviews of how great this product is because it really is. The problem is what happens after a few months of not even intensive use. I've literally used it about 10 times. I use a sharpening stone and my other Victorinox knives are sharpened the way I had them when they were new. This one didn't. I've sharpened it 3 times and it just isn't the same. I guess for the price I shouldn't be disappointed as it was cheap compared to the Dalstrong I want but it costs over $100. Easy to use, grippy and sharp to begin with, yes. But again, the type of metal used doesn't sharpen well over time.
