I bought these for myself (woman, shoe size 8, bought them in sizes 6-9). Endlessly searching for well-made thick crew socks. Was a loyal wearer of Gold Toe Socks until they changed their quality and design a few years ago. It's been a long journey and I'm so glad I found it! I got the idea to look for boys socks because I accidentally put on a pair of my son's socks and was surprised at how well they fit. Have other women noticed how thin our socks are? I need a pillow and warmth and this is perfect! Recommended for boys and women! Also, they are really dark blue, not black like in the photo.
