DEFINITELY NOT COBALT DRILLS

I used to work in a machine shop so I'm pretty sure - I've tried drilling stainless steel muffler tips less than 1/16" thick and the Bits hardly remained a dent even after 4 bits are completely blunt. Various combinations of low speed and low pressure have been used - and combinations without cutting lubricant, cutting paste and cutting oil. These drill bits are no better than plain black oxide drill bits when it comes to drilling stainless steel (which is exactly what cobalt drill bits are specifically designed for and why I purposely went looking for them). Very disappointing. I will not be returning due to the low price and hassle of returning it. I'll use bits anytime I need to drill into something much less sophisticated than stainless steel - none of the other reviews mention drilling stainless steel, so bits in general might be fine for other targets. Don't plan on getting anywhere when drilling stainless steel.
