I bought this for my mum to use with an iPad for all the doctor's appointments with magnification... I couldn't put it all together because it's one piece was missing so the iPad mount was unusable and even when complete it would only fit a phone or iPad mini upright nothing else... and you're forced to use the remote as the controls are on the device in the middle of the cable, which is too far from the actual device to be useful. It's a hot mess of little pieces and uncomfortable so I don't even want to bother trying to get it back...
