Although it has a little nick on the corner and no handle for ease of transport, the cherry wood colored case that this Caliart 153-Pack Deluxe Wooden Art supplies Set comes in is way cool for someone's desk or art table. Mine is 😊 happy to welcome it in my studio. The extra drawer on the bottom has little wooden knobs for you to pull, and it slides out well. The indented black plastic holders all the art supplies are nestled in aren't glued on, so it will be easy to put other supplies into it nicely once the included supplies are gone through.Designed for arts and Crafts, Drawing, watercolor Painting, Coloring (adults or kids with the included Coloring Book, see my video) this set would also be helpful for homeschool, sketching, art journaling, doodling, etc.The Supplies also include 2 large smooth papered A4 Sketch Pads (marked acid free and with paper weight, see photos).The colored pencils are nicely sharpened, though unfortunately not marked with color names nor numbers. Neither are the pastels nor crayons. Watercolors have a plastic cover.I know this is designed for beginners ages 5 and up, but color names add to their vocabulary.The sharpener is metal.The white rubber eraser comes in a cute labeled box.The sand paper is in individual sheets.This is a really nice set that's very giftable and a good deal, I think. Any art dabbler or newbie would love it.It will be handy for my art therapy I conduct, as well. Sometimes it's nice to have art supplies you don't worry about conserving cuz they cost you an arm and a leg, lol 🤣
