Honestly, I should have known based on all the bad reviews. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I was expecting not too much considering how cheap this pouf is. but honestly I was appalled opening the box.There were loose threads all over the place, a very crooked netting exterior, the shape of the pouf was all wonky even when patted down to try and get rid of the lumps, and the color was not accurate to the photos shown in the picture. It was a hemp colored drab-looking ratty ball of yarn on my floor.I can't justify keeping this. I am returning this ASAP. Don't buy this, you'll just end up returning it. I hope the company listens to the customers who are expressing their opinions on a bad product and fixes the quality. The quality of the new product I received was worn out at best. Goodwill worn out.
