This product is incredibly disappointing. Your computer should have the software installed, which I do, but it still disconnects frequently and even trying to reconnect repeatedly doesn't work. I have to close everything I'm doing, reboot the machine and then 70% of the time it connects at that moment. If you put your computer to sleep and turn it back on, it's unlikely to reconnect at that point. I've only had this job once. I keep running software, running software, and running software. What an absolutely disappointing experience and a grossly overpriced product
