Easy to use, manoeuvrable. Works great with my organic cleaners, although I'm sure it will work great with any of your favorite cleaners. No more need for that heavy big bucket of water. The chamber in which the liquid is kept is large, and even in my 1700 square meters. The feet don't need to be completely stuffed to get the job done. I fill it halfway with warm water and my favorite cleaning solution and it will condition all of the hardwood and tile floors in the house. UPDATE: When I went to wash the red carpet, I found that it wasn't machine washable. The label says hand wash only. I deduct 3 stars for that. It's inconvenient, and now I have to hand wash this dirty thing in the sink. This is false advertising as it specifically states that the mop pads are machine washable.
