Review on 🔒 Brinks 70mm Discus Padlock 4-Pack - Stainless Steel Shackle, Enhanced Security Locks in Black by Jacob Seymour

A few years ago I bought two packs of exactly the same locks for my small stock. They worked fine/well and I really wanted the same key locks. I recently moved to another city and got a much larger memory with 4 lock holes available so I went with this pack as the price was better than some other brands and I knew how they work and also like keys looked. I kept both storage units in both cities at the same time when I moved, so I had to leave 2 on the first unit and 4 for the new unit. While discs are better suited for storage units compared to an open ring lock, I'm sure it would add just a few seconds of trouble to anyone who might be a thief, but I'm sticking with school, it's worth the inconvenience for me, to make someone else's locker look easier to hit, so disc locks and locks and unlocks all 4 locks every visit. The downside I'm giving one star for is the locking, which isn't always smooth. I get freezes sometimes, which isn't a big problem, but it's noticeable. The second cover is rubber. I won't call it a cover as it's more of a shell over a lock and I don't think it really offers much weather protection. Not that I've had any issues with rusting etc on the first two locks over the years, but the rubber piece is really just for looks or maybe to dampen the rattle of the locks.
