I use it with a Logitech MK710 kit at work as the company is paranoid about 'security' and doesn't allow USB devices. The device works really well, I didn't notice any lag with either the keyboard or the mouse. They connect USB power on one end and USB devices on the other end. Now being able to use any wireless keyboard via Bluetooth is a huge benefit. You can find some English language instructions online although you will need some searching but they are not really needed as the buttons are self explanatory.
