The best product for recovery!

I have been a Laynes fan for a while now as I am sure many people have purchased this product. I bought both the pre-workout product and the recovery product, but not from Amazon. While these products are amazing and the science backs it up, I found them a bit overpriced. After doing a little more research I came to the conclusion that this aligns with all the other best things. Take a look at Optimum Nutrition's Pre-Workout Amino Acid Complex. Looks cheaper from the front but if you look at the back you need 6 scoops to get your dose of this. This product cuts all the Bs and the dosages are accurate and straightforward. It's not a miracle by any means, but the pre-workout prepares me for the workout no matter how sluggish I'm feeling, and the recovery makes me feel like I didn't even workout the day before. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
