At first I didn't dare to buy these filters after reading reviews that the water is gray. But I decided to bite the bullet and just give them a try. According to the instructions, the filter should be soaked in water for 15 minutes. I gave him a few more minutes, 20 minutes just like that. And that was the only time the water was a bit greyish, but that was obviously because the charcoal filter just soaked the bowl. But after testing, the water flowing through the Keurig was fine. I think for those who had greywater it was probably because they either didn't soak it long enough or maybe they also need to clean their Keurig every now and then. I know everyone's experience is different, but I just wanted to share my positive experiences with those who might be as hesitant as I am! Plus, 12 packs for a great price. They last 2 years before I have to order another pack (replace every 2 months). Brilliant!
