I had to send them back because one of the clips that 'fixes' one end of one of the crossbars was defective and broke. I don't even want to think about what would have happened if it hadn't broken during installation. The dealer said they could get me a replacement clip but it would take a few weeks as they had to order it from China. The crossbars seemed fine, but the clips that attach to the Chevy rails are very thin stamped metal. And if one of these comes loose, then EVERYTHING will hold one of the four attachment points. The actual cross member parts felt well made and looked good on the car. The problem is if they STAY in the car.
