Bought a set of three, 2 for myself and one for a friend. I can only guess about the two I left behind. So one thing must be clear, after reading other reviews I decided to review. I bought a large and it fits around the waist like a medium size but was very long, at least 6 inches longer. The waistband is like basketball shorts, not leggings, but they have almost no stretch at the waist. On the second pair, I didn't find them too long, but they were almost correct. Although the problem with the belt was the same and both pairs had the phone pocket too high. Usually just below the waistline. The fabric is pleasant to the touch and of good quality, usually only 3 stars because of other things.
