The robot vacuum cleaner itself is great. But the app doesn't do anything they claim to do, and the app is key to making the thing useful. Multiple floors don't work (this supposed possibility was a big reason we chose this vacuum cleaner); Selection of partial areas for cleaning does not work; Restricted areas don't work. And they haven't updated this app and it looks like they never will. For the price, everything should work perfectly as advertised. Forget the instructions - zilch. And the support is useless. Most of the time we remap the whole floor (forget our other two floors!) because that dumb thing doesn't work or doesn't remember what it's supposed to do. What you really need to do is buy some robot vacuums, test them, and if they don't work as advertised, send them back. I want us to send this back. UPDATE: 11/08/21. Although the company noticed that the application was updated, we have already worked with the updated application. While the restricted areas and sub-room features worked, they are useless as this vacuum regularly refuses to recognize the existing floor map and the only way to fix this is to remap the entire floor. Also today the Vac has decided that it does not recognize the card present. We selected an area to clean and the robot just didn't do it despite numerous attempts. Since our floor is large, if we don't want to vacuum the entire floor, but only parts of it, this means waiting to remap the entire floor (you can't vacuum partial floors without a working map; not only that). , but it takes forever to map the ground because it can't be done on a single charge). How painful! How can you develop an application that depends on memory without making memory reliable?! We might as well flush $400 down the toilet.
