I like that you can create and share permits, and view them in a spreadsheet format. It's easy to edit existing permit information, and you can assign the permit to a specific department. I also like that you can set up a custom report to view a specific department's activity. I dislike that you can't create a permit for a specific date and time. Also, the software does not allow for a link to be embedded into an email. I wish there was an option to email a link for a permit to a specific department. I use it to create and assign permits to a department, and view them in a spreadsheet.
