Review on LAVONE Thermometer Thermometer Backlight Calibration by Vanessa Harrison

This is a very handy thermometer. It's beautifully designed, with a probe that pops out of the thermometer and the probe folds back into the thermometer when used to turn it off. The temperature registers within seconds and appears to be accurate as far as I can tell. I've tried fancy fork thermometers in the past, but they don't last long and are awkward to store. I was able to cook the meat perfectly to the level I wanted, it's easy to clean and convenient to store.
