Works great as an adapter for a 3/8" drill bit. I used a stone circle mandrel to clean the edge of the concrete slab. Have to laugh at people trying to use this as a core drilling adapter, trying 6- inch holes in concrete, and then give the little adapter a star. They probably gave their 3/8" bit a star as well, as it burned up in the smoke. This adapter is great when used correctly.
