this is a terrible company. Headphones work occasionally, and then most likely only one side, left or right. Bluetooth on phone says connected and no sound. Then there's customer service - I called customer service, explained the process and they said it sounded like the equipment was faulty. Since then it has been an ongoing series, requiring more and more information in order to honor the warranty. First a receipt, then better a copy of the receipt with a written description of the performance problem. This was then a VIDEO of me following the steps to connect and fail the headphones! The problems started about 2 months after purchase, which is after the 30-day Revain period ended. They clearly seemed to be trying to tire me out, which they did. Ralph, the customer service representative, very politely ended his correspondence with "Have a nice day" and "Kindness" while playing his rhythm to ensure otherwise. Pooh! These Urbanista Paris are e-waste. Avoid this company - pay a little more and get something better.
