Good quality locks in wheel locks

Good quality locks, not sure about the key. I felt like it flexed and was about to break when loosened, so I've tightened it less since then. Also, the hex of the plastic cap is larger than the nut. I hand tighten the caps but if they were the same size as the flare nut it would look better at 19mm and I could unscrew it with a wrench if it's too tight.
