Working. Not worth the price with a horribly designed flexible holder. Compared to other non-truck flex heads, the head flexes halfway between clicks when you press the release button. It makes no sense. A simple ball would work five times better. All one star because of that one big mistake. The head of the ratchet should stay in the same position when you press the release button. Any other flex head quick release ratchet I have. I cannot and will not recommend this tool or this company at this time after purchasing this tool. The most disappointing thing is that Tekton has great reviews online so I decided to give them a try.
