This thing is deceptively spooky. After tightening my fourth connecting screw, I noticed that I turned some of them more (just over 0.30 degrees) than others. Then I called a friend to turn around when I saw the outlet move. Sometimes it was 30 degrees before the base started to rotate (yes, it was properly attached to the anchor), and other times the base rotated noticeably when it was still at zero degrees. Sometimes it worked perfectly. So if you want to guess whether or not your $1000+ motor is working properly and limit the game to a $13 tool, buy it. If you want to make sure your motor is built right, DO NOT buy it.
