I think I am very disappointed with this product and especially with the customer service. Lifetime guarantee, not applicable if you receive this product as a gift. They wanted me to ask the person for a receipt for the purchase. You are crazy? $7.00 product and they expect me to ask someone for the receipt. Forget it! Let me add that the screen protector has chipped off the edge. I sent you a photo of the warped screen. This was not enough to satisfy their customer service. Over the years I've placed 3 orders for their screens for different family iPhones. I will never deal with a company that makes me jump through hoops for a $7 screen replacement after they brag about a lifetime warranty and don't mention the hoops you have to go through to make it work. A photo of the defect is included on the right side of the screen. The screen protector ripped when trying to remove it from my iPhone. I was afraid that my screen would break. That's not enough proof for them. In my opinion, they require requirements that make it difficult for people to claim a lifetime guarantee.
