This is an amazing product that allows you to utilize the full grilling surface of your kettle when cooking slowly and slowly. Most other settings limit use of half the grill. Make sure you heat them on the grill instead of putting them directly on the flame and they'll last a long time. I use a 17 inch pizza pan as a pallet to store them.
