I bought two of these. Work great, easy install, and looks just like the very expensive model I had that stopped working right after 10 years.Suggestions: Attach the Red and Blue striped water hoses before installing. Also remove the Tape after attaching the hoses. This combined set of hoses and quick connect for the mixed water going back into the handle makes it easy to connect.Be sure the Rubber Washer is where shown in the photos. The Stainless metal washer goes on from UNDER the sink, along with the threaded retaining handle. I use a small Post It Note tape to know where the middle of the swing is while installing.The last step is to connect the Host line back to the Quick Connect, clamp on the provided weight, then attach the hot and cold, turn on the water and voila (Yes, I'm fluent in this single French Word) and you're done.Dr. T.
