Work great, easy install, and looks just like the very expensive model I had that stopped working right after 10 years.Suggestions: Attach the Red and Blue striped water hoses before installing. Also remove the Tape after attaching the hoses. I have a utility sink in my laundry room that had a really awful faucet. Since it's in a non-traffic area I was looking for something cheap, low-profile and with a powerful pull out hose. We bought an expensive Moen faucet when we put in our new kitchen last April (2019). It started leaking in December (2019) and they sent a replacement insert. That started leaking (water under the sink inside our new oak cabinets), and we bought another replacement insert at Home Depot. That began leaking within 3 weeks. While shopping for a new kitchen faucet I couldn’t find not one, in the bronze color, at Lowe’s or Home Depot that was under $80 for the faucet alone.Here I found such a great price on the faucet that I also bought a bronze deck plate and soap dispenser for our sink and the sum of all 3 together still didn’t reach $80 in total!The faucet was easy to install and has worked like a dream! The water pressure is fantastic and the spray option works fabulously 😊

The part I thought was going to give me trouble was removing the old faucet as I was expecting corrosion, etc. I was lucky as the removal was simple and the installation of the new faucet is so easy and simple that I finished the job in one hour (removal of the old faucet and installation of the new one).The performance of the new faucet was fantastic, the water pressure is excellent.The look is simple and elegant.and of course the price is highly competitive.

Above sink, nice and beautiful. Plumbing below sink, I have never see such a cluster -F*** in all my life. Whoever designed the plumbing was on drugs and has never done this in a REAL sink. Really difficult to do. If you but this, FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS - don't get ahead or try and make it easier on you as it will take twice as long. Take 2 people to tighten and align the faucet head.
