This is great for making sure the front axle is perfectly centered and both axles have the same track. If you use the drill and move method on the factory rail you have only one choice, it's not perfectly centered and now the metal on the clevis is weaker. We plugged the extra hole, welded it, and inserted this adjustable rod into the hole where the original was supposed to attach. After a few tire-to-frame measurements, we took a couple of fast corners at this track and the axle was clean and true. If I change springs in the future, this setting will ensure perfect alignment. Installation was very easy. Just make sure you have a pickle fork or Pitman grip puller. The right tool makes it a breeze. We're still digging.
