It didn't work and had to be replaced with another brand.

I bought it because it didn't contain lead. Luckily I ordered a backup after reading the reviews that it was a good idea. The handyman who came to our house commented on how good this valve was and laughed that I have a second one. In the end, however, he removed that one and installed a second one. He couldn't get it to work at all. He thought she had punctured the pipe, but obviously she hadn't done her job.
