Unfortunately I was only able to wear it 3 times for no more than 15 minutes at a time and I missed the return deadline or I would have exchanged for the next size up. I measured my foot and it matched the suggested shoe size. When I first wore this for my PF my leg started cramping horribly after 15 minutes. I guess it was just a bad day for my leg. I waited a few weeks and tried again with the same result. So my foot is basically in good shape now and I thought I'd give it another try just to get a little more support. After 20 minutes, my almost recovered leg started killing me again. I can only think it's because it's too small and compresses too much. I wear women's tennis shoes in sizes 10.5-11 and have them large. I wish I could go x-big too.
