Size is best for ankles

Unfortunately I was only able to wear it 3 times for no more than 15 minutes at a time and I missed the return deadline or I would have exchanged for the next size up. I measured my foot and it matched the suggested shoe size. When I first wore this for my PF my leg started cramping horribly after 15 minutes. I guess it was just a bad day for my leg. I waited a few weeks and tried again with the same result. So my foot is basically in good shape now and I thought I'd give it another try just to

Helps relieve pain from plantar fasciitis

Best Available Rate. I bought it naked so people wouldn't know I was wearing it. I wear it all day as I have plantar faciitis. It helps a lot with pain It's a one piece thing, not a pair. A good alternative to steroid injections.

As soon as I put it on my leg and wore it for a few hours, I immediately felt relief. I have had plantar fasciitis for a few years. He moves from one foot to the other. Two normal sized feet for the first time in months but be careful not to tear your heels

This is my second update. At first I put 5 stars, but then, when traces of a gap appeared on the heel, I deducted 2 stars.
