As soon as I put it on my leg and wore it for a few hours, I immediately felt relief. I have had plantar fasciitis for a few years. He moves from one foot to the other. But I was starting to notice that I also have pain in other areas of the foot, I'm not sure if the toe box is too small or if the compression is too tight in certain areas. But the sock itself is worth the money spent on doctor visits and steroid injections. Give it a try, it won't hurt for the price.
