Very Pleased With Decision Point Services, Highly Recommend
Easy to use by both patients & providers alike! Excellent customer service from start-to-finish of each project/transaction we've done with them so far (2). I have not found anything that has been difficult at all thus far - they're very easy going people who are always willing to go above and beyond for their clients!! Great team overall as well. Would absolutely recommend this product if you want something simple but effective in getting your electronic medical records up and running quickly without any hassle or issues along the way. We were able to get our EMR set up within 1 week after speaking w/our Account Manager about what was needed for us specifically vs. general needs.
Pros
- Very responsive, attentive account managers
- Friendly staff members throughout entire process when dealing directly.
- The ability it gives me personally having my own copy stored offsite rather than keeping everything locally here @ home is priceless !!!! It's also great knowing how much easier life would be had there never ever happened an office fire where most hard drives lost forever...so glad technology exists today now allowing folks like myself access
