Review on BOEMax by Jeff Jemison

The ability to access historical data, current bids in progress or not yet received from our competitors is very helpful when we need it! I think one of main issues with this product was that sometimes there were conflicts between their estimates & ours which made them hard to update without calling customer service (which didn't always help). When they did correct an error/update us after being notified by email - you could never be sure if someone else had already submitted something similar since nothing would show up as "PENDING" until everything has been updated at once via CS team member intervention only then will your bid appear pending so keep checking often!! Overall great platform but occasionally having trouble keeping track w/our own bidders' changes etc.. Also wish some things like file uploads where easier than clicking through many pages just in case any errors exist anywhere along the way-but no big deal overall though definitely.
